Dr. Berrian takes a holistic approach to treatment. Her training and experience allows her to administer a range of treatments and preventative approaches that are individually tailored.
Physical Therapy starts with a comprehensive assessment and development of a treatment plan. Your therapist will use a variety of methods to improve proper movement patterns, muscle recruitment and strength to restore pain-free function and to prevent reoccurrence of injury.
Physical therapy may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, cupping therapy, and neuromuscular re-education. Specific treatment plans depend on your individual needs and goals.
All sessions are one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy and will be personalized to ensure your needs are met and we are working toward your goals.
